Firefox 3.6, recently released, changes the default behavior of opening new tabs: they open to the right of the current one.
Don't like it? Changing back to the way it was before- opening at the end of the tab bar- is simple. All you have to do it go the settings by pointing the browser to 'about:config' just like the old FF3->FF2 configuration [danwa.net].
The filter to use this time is 'browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent', and double-click it to change it to 'false'.
This morning marks the first day where there's actually been any sizable amount of accumulation on the ground. The pitiful dusting last week was at most half an inch, and didn't stick around very long. Whatever decides to stick around this time will be reinforced by two rounds of snow in the next week.
